Choosing yourself is rare.

Showing up for yourself, again and again, is where real change begins. That is why Tunu Space exists: to make showing up something you look forward to.
Tunu means “treat” in Swahili. A session here is a treat, not a task: fifty minutes that belong to you.
We keep our Reformer Pilates classes small, never more than ten people, in Rathmines. Your instructor knows your name and sees how you move. We teach four levels, from White (beginner) to Black (advanced), and start with the foundations: breath, alignment and core movement. That is how you build confidence, improve your posture and feel stronger from the inside out.
You are not here to impress, compete or perform. You are here to grow, for the one who matters most: the person in the mirror.

Small enough to be seen.
Never more than 10
Ten reformers, ten places. Enough energy in the room, and few enough for your instructor to see how you move.
Known by name
Come regularly and your instructor learns your name, your goals and anything to work around.
Always a next step
Four levels, and you move up by class count and your instructor's guidance, so you always know what comes next.
