Irina
Irina is a Pilates instructor trained by 2nd Generation Master Sarah MacLachlann through the Balanced Body comprehensive mentorship program. Drawing from her experience in IT recruitment and talent management in Ireland, and armed with a Psychology degree and an MSc in Management from UCD Smurfit, she now dedicates her days to Pilates.
Irina empowers clients to strengthen their core, reduce stress and improve overall health to gain the ability to live their lives more fully.

Katri
With years of experience working in healthcare, Katri loves to help people and make them feel better. She’s known for her positivity and smile, and wants to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone to move while having a ball of fun!
She fell in love with Pilates a few years ago and recently completed comprehensive training in Mat, Reformer, and Barre at Reformation. She’s excited to share her knowledge and experience with her students and help them achieve their goals in a fun and accessible way. Her classes will be a mix of strong flows and relaxation to truly connect into the body- while still challenging yourself. You will leave the class feeling energized and ready to take on the world.

Minji
Minji worked as a graphic designer in Seoul, South Korea, for over 10 years. After experiencing body pain from prolonged computer work, she began practicing Pilates for two years and became captivated by its benefits. She earned certifications in Rehabilitation Pilates and Classical Pilates and worked as a Pilates instructor in South Korea for over four years.
She holds a certification in rehabilitation training and has attended various New York Classical Pilates workshops. After relocating to Dublin, she joined the Third Space Pilates team.
Minji emphasizes training that focuses on the powerhouse, centering, and spinal mobility of her clients. Her personalized approach will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, drawing, and swimming in the ocean during the summer months.

Laura
Laura's background is in fashion buying but she fell in love with Pilates 10 years ago. Therefore, she made the decision to train as a Pilates teacher last year in mat, reformer and barre and it’s the best decision she made!
She loves bringing a relaxed and positive atmosphere to her classes! Laura's classes are dynamic with a mix of strong flows and relaxation to find that mind body connection. She's obsessed with movement and her hope is that she can help people improve their strength, flexibility and overall well being, while having fun along the way!

Burcu
Coming from an engineering background, Burcu fell in love with Pilates, finding it a discipline that reflects scientific understanding of the human body via a holistic & connected approach.
As a certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor with multiple years of experience, Burcu's passion is to channel a deeper experience of connecting the body and the mind through breath.
Her ambition is to encourage clients to use the mind to control the body with greater emphasis on aligned movements, through creative and accessible but challenging sequences.

Nataliia
Nat's journey with movement began at the age of 6, when she started classical choreography. She was then introduced to Pilates in a fitness studio in Kyiv, where she worked as a personal trainer and used both Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment. Since then, her interest has grown into a desire to learn more.
She's a certified Balanced Body Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor and for her, Pilates is movement about health and real life experience. It challenges and improves our strength, balance and coordination during the class that then helps us to move and perform daily tasks much easier.

Izabella is a Reformer-based pilates instructor from Australia, with an athletic high energy style of teaching. She’s also a performing arts students, meaning lots of bad dad jokes spoken with utter confidence.
She loves to help people feel strong and empowered in themselves and their bodies.

Tingyu
Tingyu trained to become a certified Reformer Pilates teacher with Reformation. She discovered her passion for Reformer Pilates in 2017, during her second year in Ireland. Tingyu has gained deep insights into the transformative power of Pilates through her own journey, which she now shares with her students. She is dedicated to guiding them toward similar growth and progress, helping them feel stronger and more connected to their bodies and minds.
Tingyu's classes offer a dynamic full-body workout, challenging students to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Her teaching style is characterised by kindness and a welcoming atmosphere that supports and encourages students to grow.
Beyond Pilates, Tingyu is an energetic individual passionate about movement. She embodies the philosophy of ‘feeling free to move and explore your limits’. She loves tennis, Muay Thai, and weightlifting, making her a great companion for sharing stories about your movement and life.

Thereza
With a degree in Business Management and Tourism, and a background in international recruitment, Thereza brings a unique blend of organization, people skills, and global experience to the studio. After moving to Dublin and embracing a new culture and language, she decided to shift her focus from weightlifting to Pilates — a practice that had already been part of her routine, but which took on a deeper meaning over time.
Today, she manages the day-to-day operations of the studio, supports clients with genuine care, and helps create a calm, welcoming space for everyone. Thereza speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and believes that movement like language is one of the most powerful forms of connection.

A former runway model and finance professional in big tech, Gift unexpectedly found herself drawn to Pilates following an ACL tear injury.
Initially seeking rehabilitation, she discovered Pilates' transformative toning effects, sparking a passion that led her to open Tunu Space Pilates. Combining her keen business acumen with a love for fitness, she cultivated a welcoming space where others could experience the physical and mental benefits she once found solace in.
Through the studio, she aims to empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and embrace the holistic benefits of Pilates, inspired by her own journey of resilience and self-discovery.
