The Reformer
The Reformer is a specialized piece of Pilates equipment designed to take your workout to the next level. It consists of a flat platform, known as the carriage, that glides smoothly on a set of tracks. Attached to the carriage are adjustable springs that provide varying levels of resistance, helping to build strength and control. With straps, bars, and a footbar, the Reformer allows for a wide range of exercises that target different muscle groups, promoting balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Whether lying down, sitting, or standing, the Reformer offers a versatile, full-body workout tailored to your needs!
