Our intro offers enable you to try us out 3 or 4 times affordably, to get a sense of what we are all about and decide if it's a fit for you. During your intro offer, you'll have 3 weeks to attend different sessions, with availability every day of the week. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, the White Level (Beginner) is the best session for you to attend. Make sure you disclose whether you have any injuries or conditions so that we can modify exercises for you 🧘🏻♀️.
If it's private sessions you're looking for, see our intro package here. You can email or call us to schedule specific times that best suit you.
02
As soon as you've bought your pass, it's valid for booking your reformer pilates sessions. Book directly on the schedule here.

☞ White Level - Beginner
☞ Green Level - Improver
☞ Blue Level - Intermediate
☞ Black Level - Advanced
☞ Cardio - Good for Improver +
☞ Abs & Peaches - Improver +
☞ Stretch & Release - Good for all

Everyone comes to Reformer Pilates with a goal, whatever that may be. 4 sessions in, you have an idea whether this is for you or not. At this point, we do a check-in to discuss your goals in depth and the timeline you're aiming for.

Depending on desired cadence, we will suggest the ideal membership option for you, whether that's for once a week of 3 times a week.
This can also happen informally in the form of a chat with your instructor before or after class to see where you're at.
