Our prenatal and postnatal series is designed to run for 6 weeks at a time, making it simpler to exercise with the same group for a set period of time and build community.
Anyone who is 12 weeks+ pregnant, can ONLY attend pre-natal sessions.
The 6-week series run periodically, not always on, so please reach out to find out when the next one is if you don't see it listed on the schedule. A private appointment is also an option if the time between terms is too long to wait.

As soon as you've bought your pass, it's valid for booking your reformer pilates sessions. Book directly on the schedule here.
The prenatal term will run for 6 weeks at a time, with the schedule set at a particular time weekly for consistency. These sessions are tailored to provide safe and functional movement through all stages of pregnancy.
The best part about it is connecting with other new moms 🤰🏻

Once you've had your baby, and are cleared to exercise again, you'll switch to PostNatal Reformer sessions. These are also held on 6-week term basis.
These sessions will focus on providing safe and functional exercise to progressively rebuild towards pre-pregnancy strength. Unfortunately, our sessions are for moms only, no babies are allowed to join.
The beauty of these sessions is you also get to connect with other new moms 👩🏼🍼

6 months post baby, you should probably be able to resume regular Reformer Pilates sessions, if cleared by doctor. At this point, we'll advise on the ideal membership option for you, based on desired weekly cadence.
We have memberships for both group sessions and private/duet sessions. Members also get better rates per session and multiple perks. See below.
